I've been thinking about gratitude a lot this past week or so. You know, I have never really stopped each day to pause and think of what I have to be grateful for. I guess I am always stressing about the little things and the negative things. Doing this exercises for therapy where I have to write down what I am grateful for each day is so awesome. It is really making me sit down and think about my day. To think of the positive for once and the just thank God for what is in my life.
