Today I am even more sickened by the responses to the thread I blogged about yesterday. I have decided to not be a part of 2 Peas any more which is a huge disappointment. I began participating at 2 peas back in 2002 and have always enjoyed being a part of their site. I just can't be a part of a site where people flame each other, bicker and judge each other. That is just NOT who I am.
So, here's my question to all of you. I am going to be looking for a new scrapbooking site to be a part of - any of you want to share the other sites you frequent?

Sorry your thread took such a nasty turn. It's sad that people immediately jump to attacking the beliefs of others. We don't have to all agree, but we can agree to treat others with respect. I've seen a lot of nastiness over there and just try to avoid certain threads and sometimes certain Peas.

You know, I'm really tired of the nonsense on 2Peas as well. I've pretty much stopped posting on NSBR. I missed your thread, but I've been involved and burned to a crisp on more threads than I care to count. I've been wanting a new place to hang out as well. Oh well, it's really their loss isn't it? :)
That's too bad! I have a friend who is raising her child (who is 2) as a vegetarian and people just attack her about it all the time!

I'm not a member of an on-line club [for exactly the reasons you describe! - who knew 'strangers' could be so horrible to one another] However, I'm quite lucky as one of my good pals who is a scrapbooker invites me along when she has one of her demonstrations. Maybe you too could find a local group with 'real people?' Sometimes the stores that sell the products have groups as so Michaels and Beverleys. Might be worth a try.

I don't post much on twopeas any longer specifically for that reason. there are some really immature ppl there.. it's so sad. I"ve heard of scrapjazz...I hope u find a place to call home and don't forget u always have ur blog to share with the rest of us! hugs, bonnierose
I"m sorry you had a bad experience over at 2Peas. I remember a few years ago when that was so bad there. I come and go, too, so I totally understand. I see you do digital scrapboking, and I'm part of Creative Dreams, which I love! No flaming there! The owner is a designer and teacher, and this site is for people who want to learn to design (even if they don't plan on selling in a store.) Here is the link: www.creative-dreams.net.
